The difference between the current and former administration is perfectly summed up by who invited who to their congressional address.
In 2016, Barack Obama brought a Syrian refugee as a jab at Republicans who demanded increased migrant vetting.
This year, President Donald Trump brought the immediate family of a slain police officer, sticking it to the anti-police rhetoric being perpetrated by the left.
Free Beacon reports:
Elizabeth Snyder, the wife of murdered St. Louis County police officer Blake Snyder, went to President Donald Trump’s congressional address on Tuesday.
Snyder said she was honored to sit in House chambers and loved what Trump had to say about respecting America’s law enforcement, Fox 2 in St. Louis reported Monday.
She feels America is much more united after his speech.
