Enrique Zamarripa, the father of slain officer Patrick Zamarripa has formally filed a lawsuit against billionaire George Soros and Black Lives Matter activist Rashad Turner, claiming they were the ones who incited followers to riot, eventually resulting in the unfortunate and untimely death of his son.
All he wants is “justice.” The Real Strategy reported:
“While Defendant Black Lives Matter claims to combat anti-black racism. The movement has in fact incited and committed further violence, severe bodily injury and death against police officers of all races and ethnicities, Jews, and Caucasians. Defendant Black Lives Matter is in fact a violent and revolutionary criminal gang.”
Protesters gathered July 7 in Dallas to demonstrate against the police shootings of black men in Minnesota and Louisiana. Micah Johnson opened fire into the crowd during the protest, killing five Dallas police officers.
The suit blames the Black Lives Matter movement’s rhetoric for influencing Johnson to attack the police officers. The groups have persuaded their followers “that there is a civil war between blacks and law enforcement, thereby calling for immediate violence and severe bodily injury or death,” the suit maintains.
Larry E. Klayman, an attorney with Freedom Watch, is representing Zamarripa. Next Generation Action Network, the organizer of the July 7 protest, is not named in the suit.
Zamarripa said: “I want justice for my son. He served three tours in Iraq, he protected his country, and he protected everybody. And he gave up his life doing that. When people were running away from the gunshots, he was running toward them.”
