Remember When Bill Clinton Pardoned A Man Who Had A 300 YEAR Prison Sentence?

The mainstream media is going hysterical over President Donald Trump’s pardoning of former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

However, in tune with their anti-Trump agenda, the media didn’t have much to say when former President Bill Clinton pardoned hedge-fund manager and financier Marc Rich in 2001.

Rich was responsible for 67 criminal counts including income-tax evasion, wire fraud, racketeering, and trading with Iran during the oil embargo.

Overall, he would have spent 300 years in prison.

However, through Rich’s wife’s massive donations to the Democrat party, using questionably obtained funds, ultimately made Marc Rich a popular pardon for Clinton.

His wife had given more than $1 million to Clinton’s political party (the Democratic Party), including more than $100,000 to the Senate campaign of the president’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and $450,000 to the Clinton Library foundation during Clinton’s time in office.

Yet the media views Trump’s pardon of an 85-year-old sheriff who had been through an eight-year witch hunt by the Obama administration — in which the only thing they charged (not convicted) him with was being in contempt of court — as a moral evil and a “middle finger to immigrants everywhere.”

The Democrat party needs to get their priorities straight.
