The media has been triggered.
On Sunday, in Saudi Arabia, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson apparently held a news conference — without telling the U.S. press corps.
After the U.S. press began to complain about “lack of communication” and not being invited in the first place, Tillerson stated he will allow them a few questions when President Trump flies to Israel aboard the Air Force One.
Here’s what reporters tweeted:
The pool has confirmed that Secretary of State Rex Tillerson held a news conference in Riyadh that U.S. reporters were not told about.

Sec State Tillerson is holding a news conference right now in Riyadh, per WH pool, but US reporters were not invited or told about it.

In March, Tillerson ditched the press when he allowed a single reporter to travel him on his trip to Asia, saying that work has to be done.
