Well, this is interesting.
NASA’s Spitzer Space Telescope has revealed the first known system of seven Earth-size planets around a single star.
Three of these planets are firmly located in the “habitable zone,” the area around the parent star where a rocky planet is most likely to have liquid water — where life could be sustained.
However, if any of those planets already have life, expect President Trump to roll his eyes.
Back in 2014, Trump tweeted, “I hope we never find life on another planet because if we do there’s no doubt the U.S. wills start sending them money!”
At least now he’s in a position, quite literally, to do something about it. His latest comment on the budget the new administration is working on is simply, “We have to do more with less.”
